The Andover Shop prides itself on providing the highest quality clothing and products and amazing customer service. We want to make sure you love each and every item you purchase. However, if a product that is purchased from our store does not meet your expectations, we offer returns within 30 days after purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. In certain circumstances, we may accept returns beyond 30 days. Please note that returns sent more than 30 days after purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking and inventory fee. All sale items, special orders, made-to-measure items, and altered items are final sale, and are not eligible for return. Under certain circumstances, sale items may be eligible for exchange to another size or color of that particular style (additional shipping charges may apply). Undergarments, masks, and apothecary items are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

If you think your item qualifies for a return, please package your item with a note on the original packing slip sent with your order that contains the reason for the return or exchange. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include a note with the following: original order number, your name, phone number where you can be reached, and the reason for the return. Any return or exchange received that does not include this information will not get processed. We recommend insuring the item for the amount of the purchase - any items lost or damaged in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
