Orders placed by 1PM ET will typically ship out that same day. Orders placed after 1PM ET will ship out the following day. Orders placed after 1PM ET on Friday or on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday**. Special order items, made-to-measure items, and items requiring tailoring (e.g., hemming trousers) will take longer to ship. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.
